Envirofert is a New Zealand owned resource recovery business using leading edge technology to service the central and upper North Island.

We are based near Tuakau in the northern Waikato District, close to Auckland.


Envirofert Ltd operates one of the largest composting facilities in New Zealand, specializing in superior quality compost and blends for horticultural growers, farmers and landscape professionals located in the central and upper North Island.

We also operate an industrial cleanfill taking pre -approved products and general cleanfill ( clay and topsoil).

Envirofert specializes in three different areas:

  • Converting foodwaste and greenwaste into compost
  • Providing solutions for soil improvement to enhance land productivity
  • Provide safe disposal and recycling of inert wastes such as plasterboard, broken concrete, glass, demolition bricks, clay and non-contaminated soil

Envirofert are members of the Waste Management Institute, United States Compost Council.
